MPCE are the Structural Engineers for this 50 room Mental Health Facility. The building consists of 5 levels plus a concrete roof with 3 basement levels.
The structural system adopted consists of reinforced concrete vertical column and wall elements and post-tension concrete for the floor system. Lateral stability is provided by the reinforced concrete lift and stair shafts.
