No design drawings were in existence, therefore MPCE spent a considerable amount of time on site to deliver the design to the expectation of the client.

130 Hume Highway, Liverpool

MPCE are providing technical assistance and third party review services on this project. The project consists of three buildings shared on a common podium structure up to Level 5. The tower building then continues up to the concrete roof at Level 32. The building is of reinforced concrete construction with the core providing the stability against wind and earthquake loads. For this project a full wind study was completed to minimise loads on the structure providing the most efficient structure possible.

Affordable Housing Wentworth St, Glebe

MPCE carried out a third party structural review of this 99 unit affordable housing development. The building consists of 7 levels with a concrete roof. Slabs are of post-tensioned concrete construction maximising the spans and minimising the amount of columns for an efficient structure. A key feature of this building is the split level roof consisting of structural steel pop-ups and the cantilevered courtyard deck located on Level 5 that MPCE helped bring to a reality.

Wesley Mission English St, Kogarah

MPCE are the Structural Engineers for this 50 room Mental Health Facility. The building consists of 5 levels plus a concrete roof with 3 basement levels. The structural system adopted consists of reinforced concrete vertical column and wall elements and post-tension concrete for the floor system. Lateral stability is provided by the reinforced concrete lift and stair shafts.
